Just email me thru this website. Click "contact" under the information catagory. I am not at home 24 hours a day, but will usually get back to you within the same day. Please read my blog on the front page for any updates and contests!
How often/fast do you ship? TOP
Embrace Bath & Body orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks currently. It is just the two of us gals, and we make our products in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. If we get more vendors, we may have longer lead times, or we may just have to hire a helper!
Do you take special orders? TOP
If you have a special scent or product in mind, we would be glad to give it a try. We go by the good 'ole standard of "It never hurts to ask."
What do you take for payment? TOP
I accept Paypal, and credit card orders of Visa or Mastercard. If you pay via Paypal, echecks take longer, so expect a delay. I will ship as soon as the payment clears and your products are completed. My credit card shopping system is secure and I have my own processing machine. As soon as it is approved, I will ship when your items are finished. If it is declined, I will get in touch with you. If I can't reach you and/or you do not respond, we will not begin processing/creating your order until payment goes through.
Do you have a mailing list? TOP
If you would like to be put on my mailing list, just contact me thru the website and let me know. I will only send out emails when I get a lot of new items in, have a sale, or start a new contest. I will not give out your email to anyone else, because I hate spammers too!
Do you sell wholesale? TOP
We currently only offer wholesale on this website. If you are a customer interested in retail, please visit our Etsy.com store at www.embracebathandbody.etsy.com
Do you take returns? TOP
I truly hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If there are any problems, please contact us within 5 days. We take pride in our products and stand behind them. If you find a quality issue (which we hope you never will) we will work with you to replace it, and will not charge again for shipping new items to replace them. Please keep in mind that certain products will become soft or slightly melted if exposed to extreme heat during shipping or left outside after delivery during summer months. Please allow any lotion or balm product to adjust to room temp, while standing upright, before using or opening. That is not anything we have control over, so please try to be around when these items are delivered. We offer tracking, so that will help.
Otherwise, if you decide you don't want the items for personal reasons, such as dislike of scent, color, no longer need it, etc, we will not except returns due to reasons of hygiene. Once they are opened, they are yours!

At this time, I am only shipping in the United States and to Canada.
I want to place an order but will be away for a while...what should I do? TOP
If you are going to be away from your home or business for a period of time, you can let me know when you pay, and I will ship your package on the day you need me to so it will arrive when you are home. Enjoy your vacation!
